Strategy Analyst - Intern

Responsibilities

• As an Intern, you will be assigned onto a portfolio of projects and work packages. These could include the following types of activities:
• Strategic analysis: conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis and industry
• benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
• Data analysis; analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and develop data-driven
• recommendations to optimize business performance
• Business modeling: contribute to projects aimed at supporting functions / countries in revisiting
• operational models (including for ex process redesign, organization redesign, role mandates
• definition)
• Project Management and delivery; contribute to cross-functional teams to execute strategic or
• transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of initiatives.
• Support Project Managers in steering or delivering their projects, possibly taking responsibility of
• the delivery of specific work packages.
• Change management: collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change and
• transformation initiatives
• Stakeholder engagement: build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate collaboration
• and information sharing, contribute to all initiatives in this area
• Continuous learning: stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging
• technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team
• INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
• Internal: All functions and organizations, project leaders, network of Transformation / Strategy
• leaders in the Business Units / Countries, Function / Country directors
• External: Partners, suppliers, other companies (benchmarks), consultancy / market study
• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
• A first internship of ideally in management consulting or in a strategy or corporate development department
• In your final year of your master's Degree from Business school or an Engineering degree
• LANGUAGES: Fluent English, ideally conversional French

• presentations, with sharp messages and design (including use of add-ons like EE and Thinkcell)
• Project management skills, including the ability to organize a work package or contribute to
• cross-functional teams
• Ability to understand organization dynamics and to operate in a multinational context
• Interpersonal skills, with ability to mobilize a network of contributors and to interact at different
• levels in the organization,
• Reliable, meeting timelines and quality requirements
• Interest for the mobility or transportation industry
