About the role

Requirements

  • Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for . For this role specifically, you will have:
  • Experience working in smallholder or rural agricultural settings
  • Experience supporting operations, training delivery, and content design
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams (e.g., data, operations, impact)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • Understanding of design methods that involve users or communities in the process
