Lead Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Vision: Develop the long-term vision and strategy for assigned products; define success metrics and track progress against goals through building strong relationships to ensure our data products deliver to meet that business strategic goals.
• Outputs: Lead a team of Product Owners to develop detailed road maps, features specifications and user stories. You'll also own the creation of compelling collateral and documentation for each product.
• Technical: Deliver solutions in a sensible way that's mindful of future uses; use your knowledge to translate work and updates into clear language understandable to all; analyse market trends, competitive landscape and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaboration: Proactively work with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners on design implementation, and provide guidance on the technical feasibility of proposed solutions; create strong messaging documents and launch plans, and strive to stay ahead of what our customers need.
• Performance: Monitor performance metrics post-launch; identify opportunities for improvement or optimisation based on data analysis.
• Leadership: Embed a great working culture, and foster a strong sense of belonging; lead your team of Product Owners through change whilst retaining key talent, and play a full part as a member of the Extended Leadership Team - living the Sky values every day
