See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview: As part of the talented Navico Group Global Supply Chain team, you will have sole responsibility for Supply Planning practices, process development and outcomes inside the EMEA Region of the Global Business. Creating improvements and undertaking the responsibility for predictability, alignment and stability within the Supply Planning group. Essential Functions: End-to-end ownership of the Supply Planning process development and practices inside the designated Region Assess Supply Planning performance and propose changes to the SIOP Team and Management team. Lead best practices inside of the Supply Planning process along with leading performance measurement improvements in turns, freight spend, OTIF, and other KPI Partner with the Management Team of the Regions business to ensure Supply plan inputs are aligned, stable and providing transparency to the business Governing and conveying New Product expectations on the Supply Plan for the Region Comparison of the SIOP Supply Plan to the Financial inventory Forecast of the Region and illustrate reasons for gaps. Streamline and create unviversal process, metrics, and scorecard while driving collaboration across global teams to ensure demand and supply synhronization In depth knowledge of the components of the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) along with more tactical short term SOE Participate in strategic planning and control development with senior management Monitor and forecast supply needs to all key vendors and manufacturers to prevent shortages or excess stock enruing the right balance of availablity and cost control. Optimize warehouse and distribution network efficiency to minimize and cost Use data analytics and forecasting tools to drive informed supply chain decisions Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way. Required Qualifications: BS/BA degree in Business, Statistics or Supply Chain Strong knowledge of SIOP and the components of a SIOP Process Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Leadership in the face of challenging external or internal circumstances Demonstrated project management, process, and conceptual skills Show independent decisiveness with the ability to collaborate with various departments to build consensus Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication Practice applied mathematics in collecting and interpreting quantitative information Possess capacity to think in a careful and discerning way, to solve problems, to analyze data, and to recall and apply information. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project.
