Quantity Surveyor Cum Drafter

Responsibilities

• (1) Using AutoCAD to produce necessary drawings.
• (2) To take off quantities from drawings and prepare BOQ.
• (3) To prepare and submit monthly payment claims.
• (4) To evaluate and certificate progress claim of suppliers/ subcontractors.
• (5) Taking off quantities, BQ Preparations, pricing, preparing BBS, method statement, risk assessment, and preparation of tender submission and questionnaires obtain quotation from subcontractors / suppliers.
• (6) Coordinate with the contractor/client for the worker deployment.
• (7) Site measurement, Project admin and documentation.
• (8) Assist in HR and finance related work where necessary.
• (9) Any other ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• (1) Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or their equivalent.
• (2) 3 years of experience in engineering, drawing, drafting, quantity surveying and contracts administration; fresh graduates are welcomed.
• (3) Good at drawing, AutoCAD, 3D, AutoCAD Revit, BIM software, quantity measurement and materials procurement.
• (4) Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• (5) Able to work independently.
