Responsibilities

  • Manage full sets of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and monthly payroll processing.

  • Assist in implementing and upholding internal controls and accounting policies to strengthen financial governance.
  • Oversee inventory and asset management, ensuring accurate records and proper controls.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for financial projects and any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
  • The experience that helps you thrive:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in financial reporting, with leadership or team management experience a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST regulations, and IRAS compliance.
  • Familiarity with Xero accounting software is highly advantageous.
  • Experience handling cross-border financial tasks or coordination with international offices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and analytical approach to work, with flexibility to handle ad-hoc projects and dynamic challenges.
