QA Executive ( eQMS exp) - Pharm/ EAST #HHL

About the role

💰 Up to $4,000 Job Descriptions: Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) Manage quality documents such as SOPs, work instructions, records, and reports Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements Prepare Product Quality Review and Management Review reports Handle change controls, deviations, and CAPA follow-up Support and resolve quality issues during manufacturing Manage customer complaints, product recalls, returns, and counterfeit cases Review packaging artwork and technical drawings Support equipment testing, validation, and qualification activities Monitor product stability studies Ensure proper documentation and traceability practices Assist with other duties as assigned ✅ Requirements Min. Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Engineering, or a related field. Min. 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or medical devices industries knowledge of EQMS (a digital software solution). Strong knowledge of QMS (e.g. ISO 9001,cGMP) with hands-on experience in documentation control and implementation. Proven expertise in QA processes, including investigations, change control, CAPA management, audits, and process validation.
