Customer Service Officer and Cabin Baggage Officer - Brisbane

Responsibilities

• You don't need any aviation experience to apply. For us, travel and meeting new people go hand in hand so we welcome applications from all walks of life and service backgrounds.
• We're looking for someone who is:
• An engaging, energetic communicator who connects easily with people
• At least 1 year of experience delivering great customer experiences
• A minimum of 18 years of age
• Unlimited working rights in Australia (no sponsorship required)
• Flexible and reliable, with availability to work a 7-day rotating roster
• Confident handling payments and comfortable navigating multiple systems and technology
• Able to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who contributes to a positive and supportive workplace
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and safety
