Job Description We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in Lithuania and play a key role in supporting HR function in Lithuania and Estonia. In this position, you will focus on HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, employment documentation, HRIS management and office administration in Lithuania and Estonia. You will work closely with operations teams in Lithuania and Estonia, as well as finance, sales and the technical center, to manage day-to-day HR activities, drive process improvements, support global HR transformation project and ensure seamless HR service delivery across the business. This is temporary position until end of June 2027, reporting to Head of HR. As HR Specialist You WILL Oversee and coordinate day-to-day HR operations related to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, administration of employment contract and orders. Maintain accurate employee records in two HRIS systems ("Workday" and "Oixio") and assist with data reporting. Collaborate with global and market unit HR teams to support HR transformation project and other initiatives. Make changes to employment contract in timely manner. Collaborate in recruitment of frontline employees. Manage day-to-day office administration tasks such as phone calls, emails, mail, parcels, office supplies, contracts. Assist in maintaining Health and Safety requirements together with an external partner. We want You to HAVE 1+ year of work experience in Human Resources field. Hands-on experience with HRIS system. Knowledge of Lithuanian Labour Code. Good English knowledge. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Good organizational, communication, collaboration skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
