Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Manager of Software Development to lead and grow a high-performing engineering team while driving the successful delivery of enterprise software solutions. This role blends people leadership, hands-on technical guidance, and delivery accountability. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and the Regional R&D Director to align roadmaps, improve processes, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality. You'll serve as a key escalation point for team challenges and play a critical role in fostering a collaborative, results-driven engineering culture. This role will be involved in the software development process as well as management activities. Essential Responsibilities Partner with Product and Engineering to create aligned roadmaps and backlogs; understand and manage input, throughput, and capacity. Execute with the team to deliver committed projects on time, within budget, and with quality. Manage and respond effectively to changes, disruptions, and competing priorities. Partner with other managers and teams while adhering to best practices, processes, and audit constraints. Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders and teams regarding status, risks, issues, and dependencies. Coach and develop team members; identify talent and resource gaps and drive plans to close them. Identify and introduce new technologies that improve solutions and delivery effectiveness.
