Responsibilities

- Experience building and operating reliable data pipelines (testing, monitoring, observability)
- Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English.

- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure), especially object storage (S3, ADLS, GCS) and identity/access concepts.
- Experience building with AI / GenAI- e.g., using LLMs or AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude), building RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, or working with Snowflake Cortex (Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Cortex AI functions).
- Hands-on experience with dbt for transformations and modeling.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster , Prefect, or cloud-native equivalents).
- Familiarity with streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub).
