As we rapidly expand our fast charging network across Europe, the opportunity to attract more electric vehicle drivers grows. To accelerate this growth and strengthen our commercial capabilities, we're expanding our Growth team with a new team focused on developing market leading propositions and enable our sales team. What you'll do As Propositions Manager, you will ensure Fastned has a great product-market fit, and enable the business with off the shelf propositions, for example a new way to sell memberships through partners or setting up a new loyalty program. The team sits in between strategy and the business, translating strategic direction, market insights and business feedback into commercial propositions. The team specifically owns proposition development (incl. realising first pilots of a new proposition) and scaling and improving of existing propositions. You will report to the Proposition Lead and collaborate with the other commercial teams incl. Commercial Strategy, Strategic Partnerships, Sales & Marketing to unlock new business opportunities. On top of that, you will work closely with Product, Risk and Finance to realise the new propositions and design a process that works for the company. Your key responsibilities include: Proposition development When you, or the team, identify a new opportunity, it will be your job to realize this offering and make it concrete. You will design win-win solutions based on customer feedback. Thereafter, you are also responsible for the go-live of this proposition. You will build a project plan to enable the full customer journey, engage stakeholders across the company, and together make sure that the proposition becomes a reality! Proposition ownership & scalability Once a proposition (e.g. a voucher campaign, membership deal or volume discount) is live you also need to own it. You are the go-to person for your colleagues, maintain the systems and supplier contracts, and troubleshoot issues. You will scale the proposition, including process improvements and formalizing policies & monitoring, in order for the business to run the proposition independently from the proposition team. In addition you will evaluate the proposition commercial performance and initiate improvements where needed. Proposition oversight You ensure that our commercial offering is simple and scalable.The proposition team will act as gate keeper to limit the variety of propositions and manage the operational impact on the wider Fastned organisation. This includes giving advice to the Director of Growth on when to accept a deviation for exceptional opportunities. Project Management Independently lead projects and drive results with many different stakeholders across the organisation. Take initiative in designing new processes and solutions that can be adopted within the organisation to bring new propositions live or to improve existing ones. You are responsible for getting stakeholders engaged and designing solutions that also work with our internal processes. Who we're looking for You are comfortable taking ownership in a fast‑growing, sometimes ambiguous environment. Many processes are not yet fully defined but you enjoy creating structure, setting up new ways of working and getting people aligned rather than waiting for everything to be arranged for you. Additionally, you are a passionate hands-on team member with a commercial drive and great collaboration skills. You thrive equally in working with scouting commercial opportunities and closing deals, as well as being hands-on engaged with internal stakeholders to identify improvements and design scalable processes.
