About the role

This full-time Immigration Specialist (paralegal) role focuses on creating and maintaining practical guidance content for professionals working in immigration law. You will contribute to a leading online resource, helping users navigate key areas of UK immigration by delivering clear, accurate, and up‑to‑date materials.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely alongside and under the supervision of the Lead Immigration Knowledge Lawyer, writing, editing, and maintaining content for the Immigration module, including practical guidance notes, precedent documents, checklists, flowcharts, Q&As, and related materials
  • Monitoring legal and practice developments relevant to our customer base
  • Engaging with customers and legal contacts to understand their needs and staying updated on the latest developments and market trends
  • Assisting with customer questions and feedback
  • Collaborating proactively with over 30 other Lexis+® UK practice areas and the wider business who contribute to the Immigration module
  • Working closely with Lexis+ Hub to produce a market-leading current awareness offering

Requirements

  • Some experience of and interest in immigration content or a strong knowledge of, and some experience in, immigration law, in either case with a genuine interest in the field
  • Good working knowledge of Asana, Arbortext, Echo and Appian
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely, effectively communicating complex legal concepts and their practical application
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in legal content writing and review
  • Strong research, organisational, and planning skills, with a solid drive to meet challenging objectives and deliverables
