We're searching for an Associate Engineer to be part of our Photo Department diverse team of talent. What you will be working on: To assist Photo equipment engineers/senior engineers to sustain equipment performance and perform schedule & adhoc preventive maintenance related activities to achieve operation goals Perform shift duties to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production Perform scheduled preventive maintenance(PM) and calibration on a timely basis Assist Engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipment Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime Make use of performance monitoring tools such as RTM (Real-Time Monitoring) and FDC (Fault Detection and Classification) to stop non-conformance in time Assist in implementing process improvement and continuous improvement projects Mentor new Associate Engineers and Technician on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy. Involve in machine parts repair and R&M reduction activities for self-sufficiency. Participate in Transform (10K idea, LSS,BKM, Trade Secret) programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module. Constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives Maintain good 6S housekeeping in the production area before and after PM, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module To participate in Emergency Response Team(ERT) program to response during emergency situation. More about you: Diploma / ITC / NTC in Electrical /Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology At least 2 - 5 years working experience in electrical / electronics industry for Senior Associate Engineer Position Fresh diploma holders will be considered for AE position Able to perform Operation/swing and rotating shift.
