In this opportunity as Lead Business Analyst , you will: Lead business analysis across end-to-end systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of Order Capture architecture and associated upstream and downstream integrations and processes. Evaluate solution options and recommend scalable, sustainable approaches aligned with enterprise architecture. Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Facilitate discussions, workshops, and decision-making sessions. Ensure high-quality documentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment across initiatives. About You You're a fit for the role of Lead Business Analyst if your background includes: 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a related role. Strong expertise in Salesforce, CPQ/Conga, and SAP integrations. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
