Employment Type: Temporary / Project-Based Role (through end of year) Typical Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00AM - 6:00PM Support a Major Document Digitization Project This opportunity supports a large-scale document digitization initiative tied to an office relocation project through the end of the year. If you enjoy structured work, repetitive tasks, and working behind the scenes to keep operations moving, this role is for you. As a Scanning Operator , you'll support document preparation, scanning, indexing, and records management activities while helping preserve important business records. Why This Role Matters Your work ensures physical records are accurately converted into organized digital files that support business continuity and accessibility. Document Processing & Scanning Perform high-volume document scanning and imaging Prepare, sort, and scan documents using high-speed equipment Index records and re-scan documents when needed Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness Re-file and re-box records after processing Records Handling & Operational Support Receive, sort, and organize documents, mail, and boxes Prepare documents for scanning, filing, and archiving Read file numbers, labels, and handwritten information for document identification Support records storage, retrieval, and outgoing shipments Perform data entry while meeting productivity goals Follow confidentiality and document security procedures Assist with additional operational tasks as needed What You Bring Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Experience with document imaging, records management, or shipping/receiving is a plus
