Operate strategic sourcing & negotiations Lead end-to-end tender processes (RFQ/RFP) across all spend categories as contracts come up for renewal Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure optimal terms (pricing, SLAs, payment terms, exit clauses) Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning Manage suppliers selection in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making 2. Act as procurement business partner Support all departments in their procurement needs through advisory, process guidance, and hands-on sourcing assistance Manage Payflows workflow and ensure compliance with spend thresholds ( 50k) and approval processes Facilitate cross-functional projects requiring procurement involvement (e.g., PoCs, pilot programs, new tool evaluations) Serve as the procurement point of contact for operational teams with external stakeholders 3. Manage supplier relationships & performance Oversee relationships with top suppliers (those representing 80% of Alma's spend) Monitor supplier performance and address operational challenges or service quality issues, in support with operational teams Ensure contractual compliance and proactively manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations to avoid service disruptions or contracts lock-downs Partnering with Legal to maintain an up-to-date contract repository with all key supplier agreements and documentation 4.
