Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support across payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and vendor invoice processing.
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

  • Support HR programs such as service awards and team member meetings.
  • Partner with HR staff to provide analytical and operational support aligned with business needs.
  • Maintain working knowledge of HR processes, systems, and employment laws (e.g., ADA, Title VII, EEOC).

Requirements

  • College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years in HR, payroll, or HRIS preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Requires working onsite in Brenham, TX, three days per week.
