Responsibilities
- Strategic & Procurement Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of global sourcing strategies for semiconductor categories
- Support and progressively take ownership of supplier negotiations, contract management, and capacity planning
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D to align sourcing with product roadmaps
- Manage RFx processes and supplier performance reviews (QBRs)
- Contribute to cost optimization and design-to-cost initiatives
- Leverage digital procurement tools and analytics to enhance sourcing efficiency and transparency
- Operational & Coordination Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional alignment sessions
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel planning for senior stakeholders in a structured and efficient way
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and follow-up documentation
- Support communication and coordination across global teams and with suppliers
- Maintain structure and transparency in projects through documentation and tracking
- What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Initial experience in procurement, electronics, or semiconductors (industry experience or through internships / working student roles)
- Strong interest in semiconductor markets and supply chains
- Proven ability to work in a structured, reliable, and highly organized way
- Ability to balance strategic topics with hands-on operational execution
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience in an automotive Tier 1 or OEM environment
- Familiarity with infotainment systems, ADAS, or vehicle connectivity platforms
