Work with national sales and training managers to implement effective sales strategies and training procedures. Monitor and analyze sales goals, identifying opportunities for improvements. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree. 10+ years of experience in Sales / Sales management with strong leadership and coaching skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Frequent travel within territory with occasional travel to Uline's other North American locations.
