The administrative assistant will work closely with research coordinators, helping them prepare for research study visits. Key tasks that require their oversight include making subject study binders, preparing subject visit kits, filing paperwork, and shipping biological samples. This role will also assist study leadership with preparing invoices, coordinating and planning team building activities, and patient outreach activities. They will also assist their leaders with other administrative tasks as needed.
