About the role

Anduril Maritime delivers platforms, systems, and integrated effects in the maritime domain. Our autonomous vehicles (sub-surface and surface) are the cornerstone of these capabilities, and we continually strive to push the boundaries of the possible in terms of endurance, autonomy and mission capability. The Maritime team develops and maintains core products and payloads, and adapts and applies those products to serve a wide variety of defense, IC and commercial customers in US and international markets. As a Director of Business Development focused on Anduril's Maritime Services, you will expand Anduril's Maritime Services by defining strategy, forging partnerships, and winning critical work in the commercial and government sectors. We harness the power of operating our own products to directly inform product strategy, build novel solutions for customer needs, and accelerate the deployment and evolution of our maritime technology.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the expansion of Anduril's Maritime Services by leveraging deep understanding of commercial and government markets to identify new market entry opportunities and forge strategic partnerships
  • Formulate a comprehensive growth strategy (domestic, international, and government), activate key partnerships, and closing impactful deals to build the Services business foundation
  • Build a scalable pipeline to achieve ambitious revenue targets, actively contributed real-world customer insights to our maritime product strategy, and significantly elevated Anduril's brand awareness and leadership,
  • By the end of 2026, establish a scalable, high-performing pipeline to achieve ambitious revenue targets, actively contribute to our maritime product strategy through real-world customer insights, and significantly elevate Anduril's brand awareness and leadership within these sectors
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in business development, strategy development, or development program management
  • Leverage unique blend of strategic acumen and deep technical expertise grounded in unique insight into the maritime services market
  • Independently drove expansion by identifying market entry opportunities and forging strategic partnerships across commercial and government sectors
  • Polished technical communication style that engages stakeholders of all competency levels and a profound fluency in commercial subsea technologies and their applications
  • Independently formulated and executed a comprehensive growth strategy, activated key collaborations, and closed impactful deals
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • US Salary Range
  • $191,000 - $253,000 USD
