- 3+ years of experience in research, analytics, strategy, business intelligence, data journalism, or a related field
- Strong ability to analyze structured datasets, including identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies across rankings data, and translating those findings into clear, defensible insights and narratives

- Experience working with business intelligence tools and interpreting survey data, including the ability to independently explore data outputs and extract insights.

This role focuses on identifying trends, movements, anomalies, and macro patterns within finalized list data and translating those findings into structured insight briefs that can guide deeper reporting, social campaigns, and Accolades positioning. The List Insights Manager serves as the bridge between structured list data and storytelling. They will partner closely with the Editorial and Accolades teams, as well as internal stakeholders, to ensure each list launches with clear, compelling insight narratives grounded in data. This role is distinct from methodology-focused editorial roles; it is responsible for analyzing and interpreting list data, not drafting methodology articles.
