To support the growth of our organization, we are looking for an AI & Data Governance Specialist (f/m/d) with strong expertise in data protection, regulatory compliance, and governance processes in digital and AI-driven environments. In this role, you will oversee privacy and governance-related processes across the organization and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. Acting as a central interface between management, operational teams, and governance stakeholders, you will coordinate data protection requests, maintain governance documentation, and support the responsible implementation of AI-powered public-sector solutions. Tasks Manage and coordinate data protection and governance-related processes across the organization Prepare, review, and track governance documentation, including applications, forms, and data field approvals Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and operational standards related to AI and data governance Coordinate data protection requests, escalations, and approval workflows in collaboration with internal stakeholders Act as a key interface between operational teams, management, and governance stakeholders regarding privacy-related matters Maintain oversight of ongoing governance requests and ensure timely and transparent communication across teams Support the implementation of compliant AI and data management practices within digital public-sector applications Contribute to the development and optimization of governance processes, documentation standards, and operational procedures Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Governance teams Monitor relevant developments in AI regulation, data protection, and public-sector compliance frameworks
