Portico have an outstanding opportunity available for a Reception and Hospitality Host (Regional Guest Services Ambassador) to join our brand-new team based at the Manchester offices of a global consultancy firm. Our reception team have a special can-do, flexible approach and relish the opportunity to keep raising the bar, exceeding expectations at every opportunity. The new Reception and Hospitality Host will join a small team on a full-time basis and will play a key role in several areas, based around the meet and greet provided to the firm's staff and visitors, office support, and the management and facilitation of meeting rooms, including elements of hospitality. They will anticipate client needs, following up each time to ensure expectations are exceeded with every interaction. Alongside the Reception duties of the role, there are hospitality services provided by the team. The duties of this part of the role include furniture moves for room set ups, some kitchen work, replenishing and tidying vending and tea points, as well as the hosting of events. As this is a new contract for Portico, there will undoubtably be room for the team to identify innovative and efficient ways to add value to our services, upholding and improving on the already world class offering provided by the team. This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of something special! Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts from 07:30-16:30, 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00, from Monday to Friday with ad hoc out of hours events cover required. Salary: £31,080 per annum To join the team, you will be a friendly and positive team player, with strong organisation and communication skills. A high level of personal presentation and a proactive approach will be valuable for our new Reception and Hospitality Host, as well as the natural desire to take ownership of tasks and solve problems. A customer-focused approach is imperative for this role, so the successful candidate will have some experience in delivering a top end level of customer service, within an environment that has extremely high expectations.
