Responsibilities

  • Strong negotiation skills to follow through with candidates during recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with candidates and team members
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards to enhance candidate sourcing
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively as a team player
