About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of utility‑scale wind projects in Peru. This includes full accountability for scope, budget, schedule, quality, HSE, stakeholder management, and compliance with local regulatory requirements. Manage interfaces with local communities, authorities, landowners, and grid operators. - Oversee BoP and turbine supplier contracts, ensuring performance, quality, safety and claim management. Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical) or related field. 5+ years of experience leading construction and project management of large-scale wind projects. Strong background in project management, governance, and contract execution. Experience working with Peruvian permitting, environmental, and regulatory processes is an advantage. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams. High integrity and strong commitment to HSSE. Ability to travel regularly to construction sites. Fluency in Spanish and strong English proficiency.
