POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Head Coach, the Technical Specialist - Assistant Coach for McGill Martlets Flag Football program will assist with day-to-day coaching and administrative duties assigned. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain, prepare and distribute on-field team equipment for practices and games. Record activities during a game and keeping track of statistics Review and analyze videos to identify key insights of games (post)/team/athlete activity/competency trends game and prepare reports for head coach. Support coaching staff in the implementation of practice and game plans. Administrative tasks may be required OTHER QUALIFYING SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES Knowledgeable in the sport of Flag Football Prior coaching experience at an elite/competitive level. Level II NCCP certification or equivalent CPR and First Aid certification is an asset Ability to multi-task, work in team environment Bilingual in English & French Selected candidates must successfully pass their criminal background check to be considered for this position.
