Responsibilities
- Develop best practice guidelines for a range of third party switches (Luminex, Extreme, Netgear, etc) for configuration in installation and renal environments (single and multiprotocol setups.)

- Conduct validation tests on electronic, firmware, and software developments to verify their operation in various situations.
- Perform specific tests as needed, including product interoperability, network topologies, protocol coexistence, etc.
- Identify and resolve the causes of technical problems using an analytical approach to determine the source of issues and develop effective solutions.
- Write detailed reports on test results and resolved technical issues.
- Provide expert advice to our international clients and partners on our electronic products and their implementation.
- Provide high-level technical support on incidents, working to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in audiovisual, electronics, or computer science.
- Networking credentials preferred (CCNA + ENCOR/ENARSI, Dante L3, etc).
- Previous experience in a similar role in the pro-audio industry.
- Expert background with audio networking and deep understanding of all major protocols in use.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong sense of service and ability to work in a team.
- Bilingual English required to communicate effectively with our international clients and partners.
