About the role

The Job Description for the Senior Technical Consultant is as below: Key Roles and Responsibilities: Analysis and Design of Applications using Appian Low Code Platform. Analysis and Evaluation of the system programming needs Identify limitations in existing systems and processes and recommend solutions. Perform technical reviews and assist the development team in resolving technical issues. Develop Appian application in line with the system requirements. Testing and debug Appian applications and fix issues identified. Ensure solution adheres to Appian Best Practices Interacting with customers on a daily basis and act as the main point of contact for Customers. Working with off-shore teams during the development phase. To perform the above mentioned duties, the following qualification/experience is required. Overall experience of at least 5 years in software development and Testing using the Appian platform. Effectively prioritizes work and has excellent problem solving skills Knowledge of working and delivering projects using Agile principles. Ability to lead a team of Consultants towards a successful Appian implementation Ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, functional as well as nonfunctional requirements. Ability to quickly adapt, understand and adhere to Company culture and principles. Bachelor's degree in ICT or relevant fields. Expected Salary - $80K/yr - $130K/yr degree
