Responsibilities
- Receive incoming client assets and verify quantities, specifications, and condition to ensure accuracy

- Report damaged, missing, or non-compliant assets promptly to maintain service quality
- Maintain asset traceability and chain-of-custody records where required for security and accountability
- Adhere to data security, workplace safety, and operational compliance requirements consistently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to support operational efficiency
- Follow all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and safe work procedures to ensure safety
- Use equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) safely and responsibly at all times
- Report safety hazards, near misses, and incidents immediately to prevent accidents
- Required competencies and certifications
- Able to read and understand written and verbal English instructions to follow operational procedures
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) to support documentation and reporting
- Physically fit to lift, carry, push, and move inventory and workplace assets safely
- Comfortable operating material handling equipment and working at heights where required
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, workplace services, or asset management
- Experience handling IT assets, office furniture, workplace equipment, or inventory
- Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems
- Preferred Valid Singapore MOM-recognised Forklift Licence
