About the role

As a member of the Benefits Processing Team, you will play a key role in managing participant distributions from their 401(k) accounts in a fast-paced and growing environment. Consistently and promptly process participant distributions, meeting deadlines and ensuring distributions are correctly applied without delays. Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring high-quality, consistent data for reporting and operational purposes. Facilitate smooth communication between teams to quickly resolve customer inquiries, while contributing ideas to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Develop proficiency in the company's operational processes, becoming a trusted resource for day-to-day support and offering insights for process improvement. Contribute to the successful completion of key projects by delivering tasks on time, supporting project leads, and maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables. What you bring to the role 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or 401(k) Recordkeeping (preferred) Strong attention to detail Good organizational skills Clear communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Strong aptitude for working with numbers Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Basic problem-solving abilities Interest in research and learning Willingness to identify and suggest process improvements
