Additional Information

Job Description Responsible for the full HR function and take responsibility for ensuring HR matters are handled accurately, consistently, and on time. Work closely with management and hiring managers on manpower planning, recruitment needs, hiring priorities, salary proposals, and staffing issues. Lead full-cycle recruitment where required, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangements, offer preparation, candidate follow-up, and hiring updates. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring required documents, P-files, LOA, new hire forms, Whyze updates, orientation, face scan registration, exit documents, and final follow-ups are completed properly. Handle work pass matters, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, IPA follow-up, medical checks, security bond, SG Arrival Card reminders, e-issuance, levy waiver, and foreign employee records. Prepare, check, and review HR letters and employment-related documents, including confirmation letters, salary adjustment letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, warning letters, termination letters, resignation acknowledgement letters, and contracts. Manage payroll-related matters, including attendance, OT, leave, claims, allowances, deductions, incentives, service charge, salary changes, employee movements, CPF, payslips, and payroll adjustments. Manage confirmation matters, including confirmation assessments, insurance and medical benefit enrolment checks, confirmation letters, dining vouchers, LOC, uniforms, and related follow-ups. Handle resignation and offboarding matters, including resignation confirmation, last day confirmation, leave balance checking, AOR preparation, IR21, salary withholding, exit survey, work pass cancellation, and final payroll coordination. Handle employee relations matters, including employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, misconduct cases, performance issues, counselling records, warning letters, PIP, and termination documentation. Advise managers on HR matters, employment practices, employee communication, disciplinary process, performance issues, and proper documentation. Guide and support HR team members in daily HR operations, follow-ups, documentation, and handling of employee matters. Review and improve HR processes, trackers, templates, workflows, and internal controls to reduce errors and improve efficiency. Maintain accurate employee records, P-files, HR trackers, personal records, and HR system updates. Prepare HR reports and updates for management, including recruitment status, headcount, confirmation, resignation, attendance, payroll changes, work pass matters, and employee relations cases. Support HR policy updates, compliance matters, audits, HR projects, and other HR-related initiatives as assigned. Guide and support HR team members in daily HR operations, follow-ups, documentation, and handling of employee matters. Responsible for supporting people and culture matters, including employee engagement, staff welfare, workplace communication, team morale, and employee experience. Work closely with management and managers to promote company values, strengthen workplace culture, and support employee retention.
