Key Exciting Responsibilities Guide high-profile contractors and project teams through initial discovery to align their technical needs with advanced Trimble solutions. Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert to deploy project-based pilots and ensure long-term workflow implementation success. Cultivate customer champions within the MEP sector by empowering end-users to effectively leverage integrated hardware and software. Collaborate with account management, product development, and customer success teams to deliver a unified, seamless customer experience. Essential Skills & Experience Strong technical background and deep understanding of MEP construction workflows and technology. Familiarity with Trimble's comprehensive MEP portfolio, including both software and hardware solutions. Proven track record in customer success, project management, sales, or an equivalent customer-facing technical advisory role. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to foster long-term relationships and synthesize complex needs into clear strategies. Bonus Points For Experience creating shareable content and using digital tools to communicate the value of connected workflows. Direct experience working within an AECO ecosystem or dealer channel network. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
