Currently, we're hiring Legal Consultant to join us with: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an employment lawyer or in-house counsel with a strong employment law focus. In-house legal experience is preferred whether directly or as a secondee, though not essential. Strong drafting skills with the ability to produce clear and commercially focused legal documents. Solid commercial understanding with the ability to translate legal risk into practical business advice. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. The responsibilities for this role will include: Review, draft and negotiate employment-related agreements, policies and documentation. Provide practical legal advice on employee relations, workplace matters, and HR-related legal issues. Support the commercial team on employment aspects of business transactions and partnerships. Develop, implement and advise on employment policies, terms and conditions and related frameworks. Build and maintain strong working relationships with HR, business and legal stakeholders to deliver commercially tailored advice. Axiom is a leader in diversity, inclusion, and social engagement.
