Job Description: Reporting to the Director, Governance Practices and Transformation, the Consultant, Regulatory Programs will support the delivery and ongoing management of regulatory oversight programs and business governance initiatives within Retail Advice & Solutions (RA&S). This role will focus on the day-to-day execution of established programs, operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement across the Governance Practices and Transformation team. What will you do? Program Management & Execution Execute and manage "run" programs within the BG&C oversight function to ensure consistent and effective delivery Maintain program documentation, schedules, and tracking mechanisms Monitor program performance against established metrics and timelines Support the implementation of compliance and regulatory initiatives across RA&S Team Operations & Administration Manage team inboxes and coordinate incoming requests and escalations Triage and prioritize inquiries, ensuring timely routing and resolution Schedule meetings, coordinate resources, and support project logistics Continuous Improvement Initiatives Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance team efficiency and program effectiveness Identify process bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues Track and communicate improvement outcomes Analysis & Reporting Compile and analyze program data to monitor compliance and effectiveness Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review Identify trends and areas requiring escalation or intervention Support audit and regulatory reporting activities What do you need to succeed? University degree or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of relevant experience in wealth, insurance, or regulatory functions Experience with process management, program coordination, or business operations Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible approach to changing priorities and requirements
