There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations. May be responsible for targeted clients, stable regions, and/or small/medium sales territories. Assists with sales training of other members of the sales team. Develops business plans to achieve short-term and long-term sales goals. Determines current and future customer needs and develops a strategy to gain customer understanding of company products and services. Manages existing customer accounts and develops strong customer relationships through regular customer visits and phone contacts.
