Responsibilities
- Execute project management and drive customer communications related to Vention's turnkey projects.
- Program automated cells and robotic applications using Python and Vention's programming interface.
- Install, configure, deploy and commission Vention's turnkey projects at client sites, focusing on hardware and software integration.
- Provide feedback on potential improvements to relevant teams (Product, Applications, Sales, Marketing), ensuring learnings from delivery are fed back into future projects.
- Own the initial post-commissioning support for the client.

- What You Bring to the Table
- You'll bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in automation or robotics engineering, or equivalent related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive problem-solver, capable of identifying/reporting issues and generating solutions.
- Attention to detail in the context of customer satisfaction.
- Python programming experience.
- Able to travel (25%) between Canada and the United States.
- Ability to split time 75% at Lachine office and 25% at St Henri office.

As a System Integration Specialist/Engineer at Vention... You'll lead the deployment and integration of turnkey automation and robotics solutions for our clients.
