About the role

We are looking for a Project Management Executive to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of AKC's training and consultancy projects. This role focuses on ensuring projects are well-planned, properly documented, and delivered smoothly from start to completion. Requirements

  • Nitec or Higher Nitec in Business Administration, Events Management, Customer Experience Management or related disciplines
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with clients, trainers, assessors, and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities at the same time
  • Strong attention to detail when handling schedules, documents, reports, and follow-ups
  • Comfortable supporting compliance requirements, documentation, and internal processes
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify gaps and follow through on actions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing operational needs
