Coordinator Fleet Services

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise fleet workshop operations
• Manage fleet maintenance and repair programs
• Drive safety and compliance across all fleet assets
• Coordinate fleet projects and strategic replacement planning
• Analyse performance and prepare management reports
• Support fleet procurement and tender evaluations
• Implement "whole of life" costing strategies
• Mentor and develop workshop staff

Requirements

• We're looking for a fleet management professional with a passion for operational excellence and team leadership. You'll ideally bring:
• Tertiary or trade qualification in fleet management
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience
• Proven ability to manage large, diverse fleets
• Sound knowledge of mechanical operations
• Experience with budgeting and performance reporting
• Understanding of fleet-related legislation and compliance
• Strong analytical and continuous improvement mindset
• HR or C Class Driver's Licence (desirable/essential)
