Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals
• Identify marketing trends and key opportunities to drive innovation and competitive advantage
• Learn and apply various digital marketing software tools to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate closely with sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment and support for promotional activities
• Create marketing materials including white papers, case studies, and presentations to communicate product value and brand messaging
• Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders to support marketing initiatives
• Maintain and update the marketing database to ensure accurate and accessible information for campaigns and analysis
• Provide administrative support to marketing and sales teams by preparing, formatting, and editing documents to professional standards
• Understand and communicate company products and brand identity consistently across marketing channels
• Perform general office duties to support smooth marketing operations
• Generate and interpret various marketing reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments
• Organize and coordinate market research activities to gather actionable customer and market insights
• Analyze questionnaires and feedback forms to evaluate customer satisfaction and identify improvement areas
• Manage and update social media accounts to increase engagement and brand presence
