Social Worker - Fostering Support and Supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to foster carers
• Conduct assessments and recruitment activities for prospective foster carers

Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with at least 2 years post-qualified experience
• Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Experience in fostering support, supervision, and assessment
• Ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
