Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned policy service requests, prioritizing urgent cases and proactively addressing issues that may impact processing timelines, client experience, reporting, or commission payments.

- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from advisors, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide advisors with regular updates regarding the status of outstanding service requests.
- Liaise with insurance carriers to monitor progress and expedite policy service requests when required.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate behaviours that support and align with PPI's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments to advisors, clients, employees, and the communities we serve.
- Education, Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in policy service, administration, or in-force policy management.
- Industry designations such as FLMI, ACS, AIAA, or other relevant insurance credentials are considered an asset.
- Knowledge of life insurance terminology and products preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Proficiency in WealthServ and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
- This role is for an existing position. The expected salary range for this position starts at $50,000 and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and skill set.
