Safety & Security Team Leader

Responsibilities

• You'll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
• Manage team members' performance, including absence monitoring, ensure team members are suitably attired for duty (i.e. appearance and uniform)
• Delegate tasks and ensure all team members comply with given instructions to fully and satisfactorily complete all tasks
• Ensure all incidents are responded to and reported to the required standard
• Provide guidance and support to all team members, delegate tasks and encourage participation from others within the team and acknowledge team members' individual successes
• Provide administrative support to the management and all team members
• Ensure all information is recorded, filed accordingly and resolved
• Conduct incident investigations, complete associated reports, and will be responsible for complete life cycle/close out

Requirements

• We're looking for someone who sees a different world-someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you'll have:
• A valid SIA licence
• Previous experience in leading a security team
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Great customer service
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
• Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures
• Strong communication skills in English-both written and spoken
