About the role
Primary responsibilities include insurance eligibility, patient registration and reconciliation within the patient registration software, properly entering patient demographics, as well as greeting patients while answering the phone lines. - Recommends to practice director any process improvements needed to improve quality of service. Maintains appearance and cleanliness of the reception area. Actively engages in team huddles and staff meetings. Assist in training of new office assistants.
Requirements
- Education
- High School Diploma or GED, (Required)
- 1 year Medical Office experience (Preferred)
- Other Requirements Weekend Shifts
- Irregular Shifts
- Work/Float in more than one work location
