Your mission is to strengthen organizational capabilities and competitiveness, enhance service quality, and improve productivity. You will be expected to design new operational frameworks and lead cross-functional projects from planning through to execution. Example of business - Developing yearly operating plan - Planning, designing and implementing Operation Governance - Planning and operating of important meetings including executive committee - Collecting, analyzing and materializing resolution actions of company's issues and important agenda - Project lead of Company-wide special taskforce (Planning, decision-making support, and implementation to resolve priority issues, etc.) Mandatory Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience in business planning and execution within an operating company, OR at least 3 years of experience in business-side project management at a consulting firm.
