Position: Why We Hire Recruitment of additional personnel to strengthen the organization in line with business expansion Position Details As a key member of the team reporting directly to the COO of Rakuten Mobile, you will be responsible for corporate planning and providing strategic support to the COO within the Rakuten Group. Your mission is to strengthen organizational capabilities and competitiveness, enhance service quality, and improve productivity. You will be expected to design new operational frameworks and lead cross-functional projects from planning through to execution. Example of business - Developing yearly operating plan - Planning, designing and implementing Operation Governance - Planning and operating of important meetings including executive committee - Collecting, analyzing and materializing resolution actions of company's issues and important agenda - Project lead of Company-wide special taskforce (Planning, decision-making support, and implementation to resolve priority issues, etc.) Mandatory Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience in business planning and execution within an operating company, OR at least 3 years of experience in business-side project management at a consulting firm. (Any industry background is welcome.) - Business-level English proficiency.
