Responsibilities

• stability of platform (indicators: CHF and Security Big Rock measures)
• Incidents and problems are resolved within SLA.
• that overnight batch jobs complete within SLA.
• that Service Requests are prioritised and actioned in priority order

Requirements

• 7+ years Technology experience
• 5+ years in application development and / or support roles
• Experience with leading small teams, including offshore teams.
• Tertiary qualification in technology related degree
• Expert level SQL is required
• Experience with data warehouse and other data repositories
• Proficiency in CTRL M and TWS OPC is required (or similar batch automation tools)
• Proficiency in mainframe technology including COBOL and JCL.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar toolset
• Proficient in Unix is required
• Proficient in Github
• Proficiency in Java is a bonus
• Knowledge of Metasuite is a bonus
