Responsibilities

- Support our Lexington Center of Excellence maintaining instrumentation, supporting customer demonstrations both remote and on site, and staining slides from customers on Agilent instrumentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience supporting pathology and genomics instrumentation and workflows in clinical or laboratory environments
- HT or QIHC certification is a plus
- Strong scientific and technical background in:
- Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
- Special Stains and H&E
- Molecular techniques, including ISH/FISH
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
- Up to 75% travel with flexible working hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform hands-on laboratory activities
- Must meet Agilent‑approved customer and vendor credentialing requirements for site access, where applicable
