Responsibilities

  • Support complete employee life-cycle processes for our India employees including onboarding, performance reviews, compensation/benefits, engagement survey and action planning, employee relations as well as off-boarding.
  • Build relationships with managers and senior managers, be a trusted resource for their needs and escalate issues as necessary to the lead PBPs for quick resolutions.
  • Have a strong understanding and working knowledge of people related policies, and assist in interpretation of such policies and standards.
  • Support the development, recommendation, and implementation of policies, procedures and process improvements.
  • Own the onboarding process for India including locally in Hyderabad as well as for any remote employees.
  • Manage the ongoing operational needs of managers in the APAC region
  • Support on local payroll in partnership with our local provider.
  • Partner with PBP team on local communications including community events, benefits, compliance, holidays etc.
  • Work with local leads and People team on employee issues

We are looking for a People Generalist/ Talent Success Partner to join our People team.This is a contract position for 8 months (maternity backfill) with potential to convert into full time as well. As a Talent Success Business Partner, you will be reporting to the PBP Director. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of HR related duties including, supporting effective execution of HR processes including employee relations, supporting managers and senior managers on people related cases, performance management and employee engagement. This role will assist in providing coaching and guidance to managers and senior managers to help recommend solutions to business issues as well as be the on-ground support for the execution of people initiatives. The ideal candidate will need to be strong on execution, HR processes as well as wear strategic hat during complex people issues. This is preferably a hybrid position based out of Hyderabad and with in-person presence in the Hyderabad office, at least 3 times a week.
