Responsibilities
- You'll be ensuring that our CRM foundations are robust and continuously improved, including:
- Own and operate the Bloomreach platform, improving how it is used and ensuring best practice.
- Manage CRM processes, documentation, and supplier relationships to ensure scalable and efficient delivery.
